I’m Mark Lee Cunningham.

Eagle Eye Signs & Graphics (EESG) was established in 1999.
We create hand-painted artwork, signs, vehicle graphics, and more.

Our family has lived in McGregor, Texas for 75 years.

My grandfather, Jesse Raymond Cunningham was an artist, musician, and piano tuner.  My father Ray Cunningham owned and operated Cunningham Signs.  Art and music have always been core values in our family.

In High School, I dreamed of having my own company and for several years I operated a small business titled Cunningham Designs.  In 1999, we decided to officially create Eagle Eye Signs & Graphics named after a personal love for the majesty and the sharp perception of eagles. 

As a business, we strive to always provide quality service, use the most appropriate materials, and provide our best craftsmanship.  Our company motto is “Nothing But Quality.”

We have a deep appreciation for our family, friends, and valued clients and above all our love for Jesus Christ the Son of God.
